1. What is something not too many people know about you?
I am known as a content creator on Instagram and other social channels, but I am also a fashion photographer, which my audience may not know. I spend a lot of time behind the camera. I shoot editorial and lookbook for fashion and lifestyle brands. I incorporated a lot of professional photography techniques such as lighting, composition and editing into my social media content.
2. What are your biggest passions?
My passion is to create exciting content. While I am building my personal brand, I am hoping to help other women find their personal styles and be confident about themselves both on Instagram and in real life. My style is vivid and optimistic - I hope my content would inspire the audience to love themselves and live life fully.
3. What are your goals for the future?
I want to build a community where entrepreneurial women help each other, share their resources and connect with each other. Back in 2010, I started a business and sold it after five years. When I studied in USC for my MBA, I got influenced by other women in the program and started my blog. As an entrepreneur-turned-blogger, I totally understand how difficult to start up and build a brand, especially for female entrepreneurs. But we have each other. If I can build such a community for women, I would continuously build my brand and help others to take their business to a next level.
4. What is your definition of success?
Success means you get to do what you are passionate about. When I have children in the future, I hope that I have a good story to proudly share with them.
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
I am creating social media content for a few fashion and beauty brands’ summer campaigns. My column with Palm Springs Life Magazine will be published this fall. I will collaborate with some hotels and restaurants in the next few months. So excited that I will expand the content from fashion and beauty to travel this year.
