1. What is something not too many people know about you?
I’m super introverted and shy. Photography has defiantly helped me come out of my shell, but when push comes to shove I’d much rather lone-wolf it out in a crowd than be the center of attention.
2. What are your biggest passions?
Well photography, which is a given, but going further than that I think just creating in general. I enjoy so many different creative outlets (like painting, collage work, design, etc.) and I feel like it gives me an opportunity to stretch voice in the community further than just photography would.
3. What are your goals for the future?
I really want to take more active roles in the creative community – creating things for and by the community at large and locally that bring people together. I’d love to one day be able to have a collective of like-minded people all working towards this goal.
4. What is your definition of success?
My definition of success would be doing what you love while being able to live comfortably and giving back to the world through my art.
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
At the end of June, I’m releasing one of my most in-depth projects to date entitled “Boy; Pretty” which is a conversation through images about toxic masculinity in minorities, and the grey area of what it really means to be a male in today’s society.
