1. What is something not too many people know about you?
People see me and they see a shy quiet girl, but what they don’t know is I’m actually very goofy and weird, I tell very bad punny jokes, do very creepy voices and dance randomly in public. And that I study Sacred Geometry.
2. What are your biggest passions?
Passionate about dancing. I’ve been dancing for years, and it has opened a lot of opportunities artistically like working with singers, in theatre, music videos and TV. And obviously acquiring rythm and connecting deeply with music. I listen to music all day long! I love aerial arts and hanging from or climbing anything I can.
3. What are your goals for the future?
I love my job very much so I want to keep growing and expanding on it. Becoming the best teacher and instrcutor I can. And hopefully to become Master Trainer and teach othemto teach! And travel while doing it!
4. What is your definition of success?
When you teach. There are 30 people in that room, at that certain hour for different reasons, but everyone is there with a positive objective. Either to have fun, releasing stress, keep yourself active, whatever it is you go and take a class cause you want to feel better. And they choose you, your class to make them for an hour of their day a bit happier! They let me in their lives for that happy moment of their day! And everyone together, we create this energy that becomes synergy and what I feel at that moment, uniting with everyone in the class is my definition of success!
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
I teach aerial silks in a small town in Guatemala called Antigua. I teach children from the age of 5 and up to any age adults that want to try a new daring fun artistic sport or art! I also teach at an indoor cycling studio in Guatemala City called @masvoltio. We ride following the beat of the music, choreographing, doing weights and having a massive party while excercising! And Pound Fit. A super fun class with drum sticks that you smack on the floor following the music, feeling like a true rockstar at a concert. So in conclusion, I teach classes that take people out of their comfort zones, classes that make people have fun, realease stress, forget about everything for a while and just enjoy something positive and healthy not only for their body but also their mind and soul!
