1. What is something not too many people know about you?
I’ve been an athlete for most of my life - I did all 3 types of gymnastics before I switched to platform diving and joined the national team. I’m really scared of heights, but I dive in the 10m platform event (the irony).
2. What are your biggest passions or hobbies?
I’ve grown to love the sport I was in, and it has really shaped me as a person. As my siblings are national athletes too, I think we all have a lot more to share as a family. I love to draw and paint - so I do that a lot in my free time, on top of hanging out with my family because they are the most fun people ever.
3. What are your goals for the future?
I've stopped diving this year and I’m officially graduating too, so it’s time for me to #adult and find a full-time job! I’m excited to see what the future holds for me.
4. What is your definition of success?
For me, it’s really growth as an individual. learning from what I've failed at, but knowing that I've put my best in and knowing why I've failed and not making the same mistakes. Success to me is being happy - in what i’m doing, and in what I’m achieving as a person - and making sure the people around me are happy too.
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
I’m currently writing for TheSmartLocal, so I get to write about new and fun things everyday! I’m also drawing and selling my art on the side - just doing what I love while earning some pocket money (for now).
