1. What is something not too many people know about you?
Hmm... that's a good question. Something people don't know about me is that I am a huge nerd. I'm extremely into nearly anything and everything relating to abstract academic fields. I tested out of my first college course (astronomy) when I was 12, and since then I've accumulated as many random facts as I can.
2. What are your biggest passions or hobbies?
One of my biggest passions is photography. Composition plays such a role in photography, and honestly it's therapeutic. The color palettes are no different. When things synergize together, or don't sometimes, that's such an amazing peaceful feeling. Aside from that, I love physical challenges. I like to say that my motivation for working out is half vanity, and half sanity. The constant stimulation that the human mind endures 24/7 is amazing, but I'd end up in a padded room if I didn't have the ability to unplug at the gym.
3. What are your goals for the future?
Photography is my passion and my art, and I certainly want to keep it in my life. However, my longterm goal is to move into the medical field. Possibly cardiology, but we'll see how things flow. Short term, my next big goal is graduating with my four year degree next spring, and moving to Washington State.
4. What is your definition of success?
I think a good basic definition of success is just accomplishing your goals. But being that we all exist in a large super-connected culture, I think our definition of success needs to reflect that. Not only is success attaining whatever peak we aspire to, but I think it's bringing the people we're connected to with us.
5. Tell us something about the projects you're currently working on.
All I'll say is that I have a pretty big shoot happening this week, and you can keep an eye on my instagram feed for the new content.
