1. What is something not too many people know about you?
Not too many people know that I’m an intern right now. I just started at RH-ude in January and have started learning about the fashion industry. I applied for the internship thinking it would be a good route to advance my photography. So far it has taught me a lot and I have met a lot of smart and creative people who have really helped me think in different ways.
2. What are your biggest passions or hobbies?
I have always wanted to be an actor. That’s why I originally moved to California. I’m still pursuing that and auditioning as much as I can. I’m currently pinned for a costar role so fingers crossed on that. My other passion is Photography. It’s a great creative outlet for me. I love being able to go to a new place with a shot in mind, and then realizing how many different perspectives you could take that shot at and how drastically it can effect the mood of an image.
3. What are your goals for the future?
In the future I would love to have my own studio. A place I can hold shoots, meetings, and people can gather and network. I still want to act. I’m in talks with a writer about being in a pilot, and unfortunately that’s all I can say about that. I want to see where my internship can take me. I have already met a lot of cool people in the fashion world and have started working on my own designs.
4. What is your definition of success?
My definition of success is finding a way to do what you love for your life. Growing up I knew that the last thing I wanted was to be stuck behind a desk from 9 to 5 just doing the same work day in and day out. So I started acting and taking pictures and finding opportunities that let me do what makes me happy. Because at the end of the day success should mean happiness.
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
I’m currently scheduling some shoots with friends in order to build my portfolio. We are having a competition among the interns to make a pair of pants so we’ll see how that goes. I’m considering starting a YouTube channel. I’m going to test it out and see how it goes.
