1. What is something not too many people know about you?
Not too many people know that before I was a full time photographer, I was a full time graphic design consultant for corporate Joann Fabrics.
2. What are your biggest passions or hobbies?
Besides photography, my biggest hobby is coffee. The only gameplan I research for my travels is a coffee shop itinerary.
3. What are your goals for the future?
My goals are to simply keep going in all aspects. Keep learning, keep grinding, keep improving, keep failing.
4. What is your definition of success?
I can’t talk about success without talking about failure because you cant have one without the other. Success is the final photograph. Failure is the editing process—at first having the highlight too strong or the overall image not bright enough. Failure is composed of the little things that need to be tweaked before that end result of success.
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
For an upcoming project I am currently working on creating my own studio backdrop. I’ve been composing it out of makeshift flowers of red, orange, and purple so it’s got a lot of texture and is really reflective of my style and color scheme. When the backdrop is finished I plan to place it in different outdoor environments to shoot. I want it to be the first cohesive collective of photographs I make. (PS-im putting together a youtube DIY video about the process of making your own studio backdrop keep a look out! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCB49we4Y_L5oNRl6Odn-BcA)
