1. What is something not too many people know about you?
I have crippling anxiety. Last year I finally sought treatment, and my medication saved my life. My anxiety intensified about 4 years ago and was morphing into agoraphobia. My creativity suffered because I was terrified of everything and lacked motivation. I'm so freaking excited to feel like a normal human being and to really start following my dreams and passions AND TO GET OUT AND MEET ALL OF YOU AMAZING AND CREATIVE PEOPLE OUT THERE.
2. What are your biggest passions or hobbies?
I LOVE FOOD. I love food. I love cooking and finding creative ways to bring cooking and eating and food into my art. I LOVE food. I ALSO love most artistic mediums whether it be photography, modeling, painting, writing poetry, etc.... I love changing my appearance with make-up, fun hair colors, and body modifications. I love myself more the weirder I look and have never felt more like myself. I also love animals SO MUCH.
3. What are your goals for the future?
I really want to become more confident in my art so I am able to experiment more with artistic mediums. I would love to take an art class of some sort. And I, of course, want to keep trying new things in terms of my appearance.
4. What is your definition of success?
Personal happiness. It doesn't matter what job you have or how much money you're making or where you have been and what you have done as long as you are happy with yourself and are proud of who you are. To me, that means you have succeeded at LIFE! YAS KWEEN!
5. Tell us something about the projects you're working on.
I'm sure a new change in my appearance is on the horizon which will lead to some fun modeling collaborations. I want to experiment with self portraits and I have a new and unused set of oil paints THAT. I. NEED. TO. USE. I also really want to make homemade bread. OOOHHH and homemade pizza dough. I want to document more of my cooking experiences and really attempt to create a food blog that, obviously, discusses recipes, but also includes food art.
